Being a tenant means you get to be involved in important decisions. Whether you have a few minutes or a few hours, you can help shape our services and make sure tenants like you have a say.

How you can get involved

We have three levels of involvement, so you can give as much or as little time as you like.

Input

Take part in regular surveys to tell us what you think about our services and give feedback on new plans. You’ll need to give a few minutes of your time each month, which you can do at home.

Influence

Become a mystery shopper or join a working group discussing key concerns like repairs, anti-social behaviour, and complaints. Commit an hour or two monthly for Pontypridd meetings.

Inspire

Be part of our Tenant Action Panel to check and challenge decisions and make sure our performance and satisfaction levels are excellent. You’ll need to commit an hour or so each week in our Pontypridd office.

You have a direct say in decisions that affect your home and community. Share your thoughts on improvements, repairs, and neighbourhood issues. It’s a chance to make your voice heard, help shape our services, and create a better living experience for everyone.
