How cookies are used on this website?
The software that powers this website is called VerseOne CMS. It uses ‘session’ cookies at all times. The reason for this is to maintain the state of the site to record a user’s behaviours. For example:
- Choosing a colour contrast style sheet
- Filling in a multi-page form
This cookie doesn’t store any personal information about the visitor, their computer, their visit or browsing history. When the browser tab or window is closed or after an inactivity timeout, the cookie’s validity is destroyed and the browser removes the cookie from the visitor’s computer.
The aim of a third-party cookie is to collect information to research a user’s behaviour, their demographics and to enable target marketing. They are set by a different website which means you can turn them off but not through us.
This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Incorporated. It collects information about each unique user including; the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come from and the pages they visited.
