Customer Involvement Team


Trivallis has a new Customer Involvement team.  You might recognise some of the team who have been at Trivallis for a little while working on other projects. Now, they've come together to help improve how customers can get involved, have a voice and shape and deliver the services in our communities.

I have worked at Trivallis since July 2012 when I started as the STEPS Team Leader. I applied to become the manager of the new Customer Involvement Team Manager as I wanted a new challenge! 

Working with our customers and teams to progress ideas, skills and the way we do things at Trivallis really inspired me to apply. I started the role before Christmas and have been busy getting everything set up. I am really excited about the new team and the plans we have to be out and about in our communities listening and meeting people who would like to get involved with how Trivallis delivers services.

I live in the Cynon Valley and love working with people in the communities where I have grown up. 


Gemma Conway: Customer Involvement Officer (Rhondda)

I started my journey in Trivallis as a Ziggies volunteer back in 2012. In 2013 I became employed by Trivallis as a Ziggies Co-ordinator.  I really enjoyed my role because I loved making a difference to people’s lives.  It was fantastic to watch everyone’s confidence and self-belief grow and it was very rewarding when volunteers secured jobs after volunteering for Ziggies.

I started my role as a Customer Involvement Officer in January and I’m really excited by this new opportunity. I cover the Rhondda and have been getting to know the area and its community. I’m looking forward to working with customers and getting them involved with Trivallis.


Rebecca Arkle: Customer Involvement Officer (Cynon)

I started my career at Trivallis in 2015 as a Ziggies Co-ordinator and later became the manager of the project. I thoroughly enjoyed this position because of meeting different families and working within the community.

I cover the Cynon area in my new role as Customer Involvement Officer and am excited to work with a wider reach of people.

What's next?

There will be lots of chances for you to get more involved. You could have your say on a local topic or be more active in the community. You could take part in an estate walkabout with your Neighbourhood Manager or, if you’d prefer, you could get together with a group of tenants and staff to plan a fun day trip or activity.

As a customer, we want your input and feedback to be at the heart of everything we do at Trivallis. It’s important your views are central to help shape the way we run our organisation and services.
