Over the past two years Trivallis’ staff and customers have raised over £8,000 for Tenovus Cancer Care.
Now, the organisation is looking to develop its next two year partnership with a charity that has a positive impact on people’s lives in the communities where its homes are based and fits with the Trivallis vision and purpose.
Tracey Cooke, senior regeneration programme manager at Trivallis, said:
“We’re really proud to have raised such a significant amount that will make a real difference to the lives of those affected by cancer. We are now asking staff and customers to get involved with deciding who our next charity partner will be.
“Locally based charities that were interested in partnering with Trivallis came along to speak to a panel of staff and customers and told us about the difference they’re making in our communities.
“We’ve chosen three charities that we think could really use money raised by our staff and customers to make a real difference to people’s lives.”
The charities that have been selected for the final customer vote are mental health and wellbeing support charity Valleys Steps, heart charity Welsh Hearts and dementia support and research charity Alzheimer’s Society.
Trivallis is now asking customers to help make the final decision on which charity it will support with fundraising activities over the next two years.
