Many of you felt our old site didn’t quite work the way you needed it to so our brand new website is designed with you in mind.
We’ve made it a lot easier to use so you can find what you’re looking for, as well as updates on what’s happening with our homes and services.
Hearing your feedback
We know it isn’t simply about how a website looks, but how easy it is to get around and find the information you’re searching for.
Through focus groups, online surveys and meetings with customers and our colleagues we found out exactly what is needed from our website.
For us, a successful website means it is easy to use and gives you more options to access the services you need. We also want to help you feel more involved with Trivallis and what type of information we share on the site.
The new look
The new design makes it easier to view our site whether you’re using a mobile, tablet or desktop.
Our new features include:
- A ‘Your Area’ section where you can find information on the valley you live in.
- Quick links on the homepage to ‘Pay My Rent’, ‘Apply for a Home’, ‘Report a Repair’ and ‘Contact Trivallis’ to make it easier to find what you need.
- ‘Browsealoud’ which makes using the site easier for those with sight loss to access information.
We have exciting plans to introduce a customer portal to the new site in the future. This will be your own personal account where you can view more information on your tenancy – such as checking your rent statements.
