We have recently refurbished six of our apartments in Llewellyn Place, Pentre. As part of our major improvements programme we have regenerated the building by installing new windows, doors and external wall insulation to provide modern and spacious accommodation.
This project is a part of our commitment to invest in Pentre village and also supports the development of the new homes we are building on Forge Lane and on the former Pentre Hotel site, Llewellyn Place.
We have worked collaboratively with a number of departments within Trivallis as well as with Rhondda Cynon Taf council, local contractors and community members to adopt this new area-wide approach and it is something we hope can be adopted elsewhere in the future.
David Pugh, Neighbourhood Planning Coordinator, has been working closely on this project, he said: “We have taken a different approach with Llewellyn Place. We are focussing on everything that needs to be improved to make sure we create homes and communities people will be proud to live in.”

Please note: this scheme will have a local letting policy which means applicants will need to meet the criteria in order to be considered for a property within the development.
