As your landlord, it is our responsibility to make sure we are doing a good job with our maintenance checks which is why we must get an external company to look over the gas safety inspection work we complete in your home.
Pennington Choices have been chosen to complete these assurance checks which are usually done within 30 minutes and one to three months after the original service. As the homes for the checks are selected at random, you may or may not be contacted to see whether it would be possible to assess your boiler, gas meter and appliances. However, someone working for Pennington Choices will always speak to you in advance to give you plenty of time to prepare for their visit.
