No stranger to Trivallis, Rhiannon Jenkins has worked for the organisation for many years. Starting in Customer Services, she has also held roles as a Neighbourhood Manager, Rent Account Manager, Planner and STEPS Support Officer.
As a child, Rhiannon lived in Porth and went to Cymmer Welsh School. She now lives in Ton Pentre with her husband and two daughters.
Outside of Trivallis Rhiannon loves sport. She plays netball for Rhondda Seniors and teaches swimming at Ystrad Sports Centre through the medium of Welsh.
Rhiannon has joined Trivallis’ Customer Involvement Team, helping to improve how you can get involved, have a voice and shape and deliver Trivallis’ services in our communities. She will cover the Taff valley, engaging with both individual customers and community groups in a variety of ways.
“I’ve always wanted to work more closely with tenants and their families in the community. The roles I’ve done previously have been like stepping stones, giving me a great insight into the challenges and opportunities that are on my doorstep so I can’t wait to see what I can achieve with tenants.” Rhiannon said.
Customers on Trivallis’ involvement panels were involved in the interviews for the Customer Involvement Officer role and helped to select Rhiannon for the role.
As a customer, we want your input and feedback to be at the heart of everything we do. It’s important your views help shape the way we run our organisation and services.
There are lots of chances for you to get more involved with Trivallis. You could have your say on a local topic or be more active in the community. You could take part in an estate walkabout with your Neighbourhood Manager or, if you’d prefer, you could get together with a group of customers and staff to plan a fun day trip or activity.
For more information on how you could be a part of our growing customer involvement panels, visit www.trivallis.co.uk/get-involved or contact us and ask to speak to a member of the customer involvement team.
