Regular exercise is proven to boost mood and help with sleep. As we all try to adjust to changes brought about by COVID-19, it is important to think about health and wellbeing.
Why not make the most of your time out of the house by helping others whilst you help yourself? Sign up to complete a marathon in a month to raise money for our charity partner, Alzheimer’s Society Cymru.
Walk, jog, run, skip or cycle at your own pace to complete a sponsored marathon in a month! That’s 26.2 miles spread over 31 days, less than a mile a day. You will have the whole month of July to complete your marathon.
