
This Christmas will be different for us all, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get in the festive spirit. We’re running a Trivallis Christmas Advent campaign from 1st-25th December and there are lots of opportunities for you to get involved.

Competitions
We have two competitions running during Trivallis Christmas Advent, with £30 of Love2Shop vouchers up for grabs. How to take part:
Best Christmas decorations: Whether your house could be mistaken for Santa’s grotto or you’ve decided to go DIY on some decs, we want to see how you’re getting in the festive spirit in your home. Send us a photo of your home or garden, that is decorated ready for Christmas, for your chance to win. Be sure to follow our Christmas safety tips, here.
Christmas colouring competition: Print out our colouring in of Captain Cosy, our warm homes hero, get colouring and send us a photo of your finished artwork, for your chance to win. Click here to download.
To take part you must either be a Trivallis tenant or live within one of our communities across RCT and Cardiff. Send in your photos to us on Twitter or Facebook @WeAreTrivallis and use #TrivallisAdvent or email comms@trivallis.co.uk.
Charity Fundraising
We’ll be raising funds for our charity partner, Alzheimer’s Society Cymru, throughout our Christmas Advent and there are different ways you can take part:
Elf Day: We want to see your #Elfies! On the 4th December, we’re taking part in Alzheimer’s Society’s Elf Day and want you to get involved too. Get dressed in your best elf costume and share a photo with us a photo on our Facebook or Twitter pages @WeAreTrivallis. Remember to use #TrivallisAdvent and #ElfDay in your posts and we’ll share them. If you would also like to donate whilst taking part, you can do so by visiting our Just Giving page, here.
Virtual Carol Concert: If you would like to get involved in Alzheimer’s Society’s virtual Christmas carol concert on the 17th December, you can purchase a free ticket, here. If you are taking part, please consider donating to our Just Giving page rather than when you book your ticket. This way we can ensure the funds will go to helping those in our communities in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Christmas raffle: Enter for your chance to win a 12 piece, Christmas flavoured, cupcake box. The cupcakes have been kindly donated by our Hometown Hero Alys from Pobi Bach Bakery. Raffle closes on 16th December. If you would like to enter in the raffle, please read the information below:
- You must be a Trivallis tenant or live within one of our communities across RCT and Cardiff.
- Donate £2 (minimum donation) to our Just Giving page, here and leave your name in your donation. Please make sure to leave your name, without your name we are unable to count your submission. Each £1 counts as 1 entry, which means donating £2 (minimum donation) will get you 2 entries into the raffle.
- Be available to have the prize delivered on the 18th December.
Cooking recipes
If you’d like to do a little bit of baking over the Christmas period, we have an easy, Chocolate Christmas Tree recipe that will impress your Christmas bubble. If you’d prefer more of a classic Christmas treat, we have a legendary Mince Pie recipe for you to make.
Crafts
We have a range of Christmas crafts for you and the family to get involved in. We have lollypop stick snowflake decorations to add a little sparkle to your Christmas tree. Get messy with some handprint painting, choose from creating a handprint wreath, Christmas handprint cards and decorations. Look out for the tutorial videos on our Twitter and Facebook, so you can get creative, this Christmas.

Keep an eye out on our Twitter and Facebook pages, @WeAreTrivallis for stories to read along with. We have Stick Man and Twas the Night Before Christmas for you to listen to with your little ones, this Christmas.
