How did we do with your repair?
At Trivallis, we are constantly looking at ways to improve our services.
We hope you always find your home in good condition, however, as with any home, repairs will crop up from time to time.
On average we complete around 32,000 repairs each year and we want to know how satisfied our customers are with the service they receive when we carry out these repairs.
We’ll be in touch
In order to find out how we’re doing, we will be contacting tenants who have had a repair in the last two months to ask for their feedback. Whether it’s good or bad, we want to know so we can make changes where they’re needed and continue doing what works.
We will begin by contacting tenants by text message – it will always begin with ‘From Trivallis’ and will contain a unique reference number and a link to a form.
You will need to open the link and fill out the form, using the unique reference number from the text, and share your feedback on your repair.
