We have a new vision and we want to be bold about it.
We are a forward-thinking housing association that wants to create prosperous places to live and work and ensure a future where our customers and communities thrive.
To help us do this we need someone who can add a different perspective.
Could you help us by complimenting the skills and experience we already have on our Board?
Do you have experience in areas such as housing development, finance or risk management? As are a lot of businesses, we are currently undergoing a period of change, therefore experience in change management would also be considered beneficial.
We need someone who lives and breathes collaboration and community spirit. Someone who wants to make a difference to peoples’ lives and where they live.
One of our core responsibilities is to ensure we take our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion seriously and as a result, we welcome applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds.
We believe a diverse business leads to better decision-making, greater creativity and more rounded risk management.
Does this sound like you? We hope so.
If you are interested in joining us and helping shape the future of one of Wales’ largest housing associations and the future of the Communities we serve in the Rhondda, Cynon and Taff valleys, then we would love to hear from you.
We are also looking for several co-optees, so, if you would like to gain some quality Board exposure, we’d also love to hear from you.
These are non-paid appointments although remuneration is currently being considered.
