Five Apprenticeship Vacancies Available as South Wales Based Housing Association Looks to Build its Future Workforce
Trivallis, a housing association that manages over 10,000 homes in South Wales, has launched the latest round of its Trivallis Futures apprenticeship programme.
In the last decade, Trivallis has trained over 40 trainees and apprentices with Trivallis Futures apprentices achieving a recognised qualification, whilst gaining valuable work experience in a housing related role.
Claire Overd, customer involvement team manager at Trivallis said: “I started a three-year apprenticeship aged 25 and have since gone on to achieve a degree. I now manage a team of people and, thanks to the skills I learned throughout my apprenticeship, I have been able to build a career in housing working with people to improve their communities, which is what I’m passionate about. A Trivallis Futures apprenticeship will give you a great grounding and skills for life.”
In its latest Trivallis Futures programme, Trivallis has five vacancies available; two plumbing apprentices, one electrical apprentice, one surveying apprentice, and one construction technical officer apprentice.
