At Trivallis we want to create great places to live and work. To do this, we need your help to find out what we are doing well and where we can improve.
Each year, we carry out a STAR survey, where we collect valuable feedback from tenants and residents. The results help us focus on how we can do more of what works and improve where we need to, to make things better for our tenants, colleagues and communities.
Other social landlords, councils and housing associations like Trivallis also use STAR surveys to gather feedback from tenants and residents. We can use our results to compare our performance in certain areas.
All tenants will be asked to complete a STAR survey and we will be using text messaging, emails and telephone calls to reach out to you.
The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
We have over 10,000 tenants so it will take us a few months to get around to everyone. The deadline for completion is 31st January 2022.
