Between the 23rd December 2021 and 6th January 2022 we experienced an issue with our online contact us form, which resulted in some messages being filtered as spam and not sent through to our customer services inbox. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused as we couldn’t process some requests under usual processing times.
We are very sorry to anyone who experienced a delay in getting a response from us. We are reaching out to anyone whose message was impacted, personally, to let them know.
Our contact us form is now back up and running correctly and we are working to ensure this is avoided in the future.
