Trivallis is proud to be supporting Place2Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week 2022 (7th-13th February), joining in with the discussion about the importance of children’s mental wellbeing.

The campaign is running for the eighth year to encourage more people to get involved in raising awareness  of how crucial the mental health of children and young people is.

This year’s theme is Growing Together. As people, we are always changing and growing. When we physically grow, it is easy to see, but emotional growth can be harder to spot. Growing Together is about finding ways to help each other grow emotionally and understand the importance of mental wellbeing. Children will be encouraged to think about how they have grown and how they can help other people around them to grow too.

Talking about mental health at a young age is hugely important and making children aware of their own mental health helps them to start understand how to look after their mental wellbeing and the mental health of others. Many schools in our communities will be engaging with Children’s Mental Health Week 2022, and Trivallis will be  supporting too.

Throughout the week, we will be sharing information on how to look after the mental health of children and young people, as well as ways that you can get the children in your life talking.

Let’s work Together to raise awareness of children’s mental health and get kids talking openly about how they are feeling.
