We’re looking for a new Chair of the Board to join us, along with three new non-executive leadership roles: Chair of People Committee, Chair of Asset and Development Committee, and a Senior Independent Director.
In March 2022, the Welsh Government Regulator informed the Trivallis Board that our regulatory judgement was under review because of concerns about the governance and management arrangements for the Association. The Judgement details are here.
Since then, the Board and executive team have taken steps to address all the concerns raised by the Regulator. As a result of the review, the Board has renewed our committee structure and terms of reference, which requires the appointment of a new Chair of People Committee, a new Chair of Assets and Development Committee, and a new Senior Independent Director (SID) role.
As our current Chair of Board is stepping down in December 2022, after six years in the role, we are also looking for someone new to lead as Chair of the Board from the start of the new year.
It is an important and exciting time to be joining Trivallis. We believe that it is crucial that our Board – like our employees – share a deep understanding of the needs and priorities of our customers.
