Covid- 19 impact and our plans for our 2021 AGM
Our Rules require us to hold an AGM each year within 6 months of the financial year end (by 30 September 2021). Trivallis’ AGM will take place on Friday 30th July 2021 at 10.00am.
To ensure the safety of all concerned, the Board of Directors has agreed that Trivallis’ 2021 AGM will be conducted virtually.
The following documents, relevant to the business which is to be conducted at the meeting, are available to download below. Hard copies will be made available on request.
