Our plans for our 2022 AGM
Our Rules require us to hold an AGM each year within 6 months of the financial year end (by 30 September 2021). Trivallis’ AGM will take place on Thursday 22nd September 2022 at 6:00pm.
Trivallis’ Board of Directors has agreed that Trivallis’ 2022 AGM will be once again be conducted virtually.
The following documents, relevant to the business which is to be conducted at the meeting, are available to download below. Hard copies will be made available on request.
- The minutes of the previous AGM held on Friday 30th July 2021.
- The notice for AGM 2022.
A copy of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31st march 2022, will be available as of the 22nd September 2022, including the report of the directors and auditors of the Community Mutual and the affairs of the Community Mutual for the same period, on our reports page.
