Our plans for the 2023 AGM
Our Rules require us to hold an AGM each year within 6 months of the financial year end (by 30 September 2023).
The AGM is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 7 September 2023, 5.00pm at the Llanfair Church, Heol Y Waun, Penrhys, Rhondda Cynon Taff, CF43 3RH.
Trivallis’ Board of Directors has agreed that Trivallis’ 2023 AGM will be held in person only.
Shareholders have the right to attend the meeting if they so wish. Please contact the Governance team by email AGM@Trivallis.co.uk to advise if you wish to attend the meeting in person. If you need transport to the AGM, please email AGM@Trivallis.co.uk.
The following documents, relevant to the business which is to be conducted at the meeting, are available to download below. Hard copies will be made available on request.

- The notice for AGM 2023.
A copy of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31st March 2023, will be available as of the 7 September 2023, including the report of the directors and auditors of the Community Mutual and the affairs of the Community Mutual for the same period.
