Trivallis’ Estates Team are responsible for providing grounds maintenance services and grass cutting across communities. They also clean the communal areas of blocks on our estates, including corridors, landings, shared gardens, and drying areas.

If you live in Cardiff Bay, your Caretaker Michael Bassett is on site Monday-Wednesday every week. The team will clean the internal communal areas at Cogan House on Mondays and Queen Alexandra on Tuesdays.
The Estates Team take part in the regular estate inspections in your area. If you would like to join them, and your Neighbourhood Manager, you can find out when your estate inspections are here: Rhondda, Cynon, Taff and Cardiff Bay.
The Estates Team visit every estate each week in the winter months, and every fortnight during the summer. The team remove bulk waste and fire hazards from communal areas on our estates. If we identify who is responsible for leaving these items, we may charge for the cost of disposal, and take legal action against those responsible as this is a form of fly tipping.
