Our Tenant Action Panel (TAP) is made up of involved tenants who carry out reviews of policies and monitor how we are performing as your landlord. TAP commissioned a working group to look at our Estates service, consisting of involved tenants and members of Trivallis staff.
The group works through issues that really matter and they influence change by working with us to be a voice for our communities.
Recently, the Estates Working Group felt that Trivallis’ presence on estates was missing. They felt that tenants weren’t aware of when they would see the team in their communities. As a result of this, the schedules for estate inspections are now being updated and can be found on the area pages on the website for everyone to see.
We’re looking for more tenants to sign up and join in with our existing involved tenants to help us improve our services to make a real impact on communities.
