Recruitment - Executive Director of Finance and Resources


We are looking for an Executive Director of Finance and Resources with a real passion for the communities and households we serve and for the vital role that a community-based organisation like ours can play, now and in the future.

It’s an exciting time to be joining us, as we work with tenants and staff to improve our governance, look to secure new funding, increase our regeneration and development programmes, refresh our organisational culture and values, and start to develop our next Corporate Plan.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience of the social housing sector, including securing new funding. You will have a demonstrable track record of building, developing, and motivating a diverse team, and be able to work at an Executive level developing and taking responsibility for delivering our vision, values, strategic direction, mission, and corporate plan.
