We need access to your home to carry out a home improvement survey.
If we can’t complete the survey, we won’t be able to schedule ANY planned works.
Our improvement programmes are funded in partnership with Welsh Government.
The survey should take no longer than one hour and helps us to decide:
- When your bathroom and kitchen are due to be replaced
- If your roof is in good condition
- If your home is safe and secure
- If we can improve your insulation to reduce heating costs
We’re not checking up on you, we’re simply recording the condition of the major parts of your home.
The surveyor will look at all indoor and outdoor areas of your home, including loft space and check energy efficiency. They will also look at your home’s roof, windows, doors and rainwater goods to check for any risks to health and safety.
Information from the survey will help us plan for any major works that need doing.
The surveyor will be able to talk you through the process and some of the results of the survey but we can’t confirm any major improvements until funding is available. The surveyor will not be able to give a definite replacement date right away.
When your home is due for improvement work, we’ll contact you with details of what happens next.
