Sometimes we have homes that are available to rent immediately. These homes are available to let directly from Trivallis and we sometimes advertise them on Gumtree or through local letting agents, too.
If you can prove that you meet the following criteria then you can likely move in straight away:
- You can demonstrate that you can afford the rent,
- You need the exact number of bedrooms that the property has,
- You are not currently renting a Trivallis home – if you are then you must apply for a transfer via the Homefinder website.
