There are a number of ways Trivallis involves tenants in decision making through its Future Makers offering.
We offer a flexible approach to involvement in the form of three distinct commitment levels; input, influence and inspire (tenant action panel).
Inspire is the third level of involvement at Trivallis and is our tenant action panel.
Being involved with inspire means you will be part of a formal group, the Tenant Action Panel, made up of tenants and community members. The panel’s main role is to make sure the tenant voice is heard.
What type of things will I be involved in?
As part of inspire, we ask tenants to:
- check, and challenge decisions made by Trivallis to shape the services our tenants want and need.
- decide what methods of customer involvement should be used in consultation work.
- focus on reviewing performance and satisfaction levels.
How much time will I need to commit?
Being part of inspire means you will need to commit to invest time for regular meetings and training.
