There are a number of ways Trivallis involves tenants in decision making through its Future Makers offering.
We offer a flexible approach to involvement in the form of three distinct commitment levels; input, influence and inspire (tenant action panel).
Influence is the second level of involvement at Trivallis.
Being involved with influence means you can drive positive change for our services and communities. This group of tenants will work alongside Trivallis staff to provide feedback on core business areas identified by tenants as a priority; neighbourhoods and estates, repairs, anti-social behaviour, and complaints.
What type of things will I be involved in?
As part of influence, we ask tenants to take part in:

Working groups that influence positive change on neighbourhoods and estates, repairs, anti-social behaviour, and complaints.

Being a community champion, to represent where you live and help us to gather feedback from your neighbours and share updates with them.

Reviewing complaints data and helping us understand how we can improve things by reviewing lessons learnt.

Helping us find the right people to be part of team Trivallis by being involved in our recruitment and having your say on which candidates you think are the right people for the job.

Helping us find the right contractors to deliver our services across communities by being involved on the decision making panel as well as site visits to see the contractors in action.

Testing specific service areas across Trivallis by acting as a mystery shopper and sharing feedback on how we did.
How much time will I need to commit?
Being part of influence means you will need to commit to invest time for meetings, usually around 1 hour a week. Being involved on recruitment/procurement panels can vary from a few hours to three days.
What’s in it for me?
As part of your commitment to influence, you will receive training and development on the things you need to be part of the group you choose. We commit to keeping you informed on how your involvement has helped up to make positive changes to services.
Are you in?
If you want to be a part of influence, then fill out the form below and a member of our tenant involvement team will be in touch to let you know what opportunities are available.
