There are a number of ways Trivallis involves tenants in decision making through its Future Makers offering.
We offer a flexible approach to involvement in the form of three distinct commitment levels; input, influence and inspire (tenant action panel).
Input is the first level of involvement at Trivallis.
Completely flexible, being involved with input means you can commit as much or as little time as you like.
What type of things will I be involved in?
As part of input, we ask tenants to take part in:
- digital surveys that you can complete in a way that suits you,
- one off focus groups to provide feedback on a particular service,
- contributing to case studies by sharing your experience on the service you have received.
How much time will I need to commit?
Input is truly flexible and you can commit anything from 5 minutes to a few hours a month, depending on what you want to share your views on.
What’s in it for me?
As part of input, tenants can expect to have their views listened to. Whether it’s giving feedback on the services Trivallis offers or things you’d like to see us do differently, you will help us to make sure the tenant voice is heard.
Are you in?
If you want to be a part of input, then fill out the form below and a member of our tenant involvement team will be in touch to let you know what opportunities are available.
