Our staff groups

Respect is a group made up of colleagues who want to positively influence how we embrace each other’s differences at Trivallis. Exploring the themes of equality and diversity, Respect has a detailed action plan to bring E&D higher up the agenda within the organisation.

Your Voice was established to represent the staff view and regularly gathers opinion to feed into Senior Management to help with key decision making. This group is our voice and features a good mix of staff from across all areas of the business.

The Vitallis group was formed to help improve the physical and mental wellbeing of colleagues. Launched in January 2018, Vitallis offers a range of activities and advice which aim to keep us in good shape.

There is a lot we can do with technology it improve the ways we work and the Rethinking Tech group is set up to explore, pilot and bring some of those ideas to life. Rethinking Tech’s aim is to bring Trivallis up-to-date on the latest technology and help us work smarter.
