It’s been a very busy year for repairs and we are working hard to improve the turnaround times for the repairs that matter most to you. This year:
- We completed an extra 12,121 additional repairs compared to last year.
- We saw an increase in the number of emergency repairs completed on time.
- We also saw an improvement in tenant satisfaction with the repair work undertaken.
Our Planned Maintenance Team have also been hard at work on improvement projects that are making tenants homes a nicer place to live.
We’ve invested £16million into your homes this year.
From new doors to full scale modifications to help tenants live independently for longer, we’ve made the small and big changes that make a difference to your lives.

Our Get Ready & Move On (GRAMO) sessions provide training to those who are preparing for renting and starting a tenancy. The training is also useful for those who need to build skills in an area of managing their tenancy.
