Ian joined Trivallis from his previous role as the Chief Executive of Age Cymru with over 28 years’ experience in the health, social care, education and housing sectors.
Originally from Penrhiwceiber, Ian has experience working in the valleys in a number of his roles, notably as the Head of Supported Housing at United Welsh.
Before joining Trivallis Ian worked mainly in the third sector, holding Director positions at national charities Scope and the Alzheimer’s Society.
Executive Director of Resources and Innovation
Lynda has over 20 years’ experience in the Welsh housing sector. Before joining Trivallis, she held two Finance Director roles in Welsh housing associations.
Lynda helped set up Newport City Homes housing association as part of a large-scale transfer of its houses from Newport City Council.
Lynda is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Executive Director of Communities Regeneration & Development
Keiron Montague was born and raised in Maerdy. With over 15 years’ experience in housing and local government, Keiron worked most recently as Trivallis’ Corporate Director of Regeneration and Development before taking up his current role in March 2020.
