We have 23 sheltered housing schemes available to people over the age of 60 throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff.
All of our flats and bungalows have a modern fitted kitchen, tiled bathroom with walk in shower, lounge area and gas central heating. Every scheme has laundry facilities and many have a guest room available for visitors to stay at a nominal charge per night.
Scheme coordinators
Schemes are managed day to day by a scheme coordinator, who is on duty part of the day during office hours, Monday to Friday to provide practical advice and support to residents. Security features include a controlled door entry system, fire detection equipment and emergency pullcords which are all linked to additional 24 hour emergency call centre.
We have received accreditation from Erosh three times, confirming that our sheltered housing service meets nationally recognised best practice standards.
