Support in the community

Our Neighbourhoods Teams have been busy supporting tenants with everything from waste management and money worries, to antisocial behaviour issues and tenancy questions.

Our Estates colleagues have been helping to keep your streets clean, doing odd jobs and maintaining communal areas and community spaces.

In addition to their day to day roles, even our Trades Teams are helping point you in the right direction when they see you are in need of support.

Have you ever wondered what your Neighbourhood Managers and Tenant Liaison Officers get up to?

Meet Carrie and Stephanie and find out what their day to day roles involve.

One of the issues our Neighbourhood Managers and Community Safety Teams help with is Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB).

This year we reviewed more ASB reports than the previous year, with 712 of the cases being resolved.

Here are some examples of how we have dealt with ASB cases: Anti-social Behaviour Case Studies – Trivallis

Our Gas Safety Engineers have also been supporting our tenants out in the community. When the team visit tenants for their annual checks, they often spot issues or have conversations with tenants that suggest the tenant may be in need of support.

Find out how they take action to get the tenant the help they need: Gas Safety Engineers go above and beyond to support tenants – Trivallis

We’ve also helped with community projects like the Woodland Walk in Cwmbach. Mark Gillet is one of our involved tenants who also leads on this community project.

We’re proud to support community champions like Mark, whether that’s through providing labour and materials or a community grant.
