Although you may think they are, there are many things that are not forms of anti-social behaviour (ASB). These are things which Trivallis will not be able to enforce under the ASB process such as:
- Staring and funny looks
- Living noise
- Washing machine
- Children playing in street/ball games
- Someone not putting their bin out
- A mattress in a garden
- Inconsiderate parking
- Disputes on social media
- Cooking smells
- Controlled burning in a garden
- One-off isolated parties
- Issues with placement of CCTV
- Dogs barking
