What isn’t anti-social behaviour?

Although you may think they are, there are many things that are not forms of anti-social behaviour (ASB). These are things which Trivallis will not be able to enforce under the ASB process such as:

  • Staring and funny looks
  • Living noise
  • Washing machine
  • Children playing in street/ball games
  • Someone not putting their bin out
  • A mattress in a garden
  • Inconsiderate parking
  • Disputes on social media
  • Cooking smells
  • Controlled burning in a garden
  • One-off isolated parties
  • Issues with placement of CCTV
  • Dogs barking
