Do you have a household income below £15,000 each year (or less than £1,250 per month)?

If so, Welsh Water has a new scheme to reduce your annual water rates charges by up to £250 per year.

Some households could even have their water rates reduced to as little as £187 per year.

You can see if you're eligible and apply for the scheme by clicking here.

Warm Home Discount - £140 off your electricity bill

Applications are now open for the 2016/2017 Warm Home Discount scheme.

This is a £140 credit onto your electricity account for eligible households.

Each energy company has a slightly different qualifying criteria.

You can see if you're eligible and if your electricity provider is part of the scheme by clicking here.

You can either speak to your electricity provider directly to check if you are entitled or you can call us.
