Neighbourhood spaces

Trivallis makes significant investment in projects throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff that will improve neighbourhood spaces and gardens – to benefit not just tenants but also the wider community living in the areas that undergo work.

The programme sees Trivallis working closely with tenants and residents to develop ideas on how to best use areas of open space in order to benefit people of all ages across the borough. These are then drawn up into plans and made into a reality, bringing purposeless land into use for the community.  Projects have included boundaries, car parking, seating, open spaces and community gardens.

The Neighbourhood Spaces programme also creates jobs. Trivallis use contractors who commit to employing local people to work on the projects.
