What we're building now

The Boot Hotel, Aberdare

The Boot

The Boot Hotel will be Trivallis’ first development in Aberdare town centre, working in partnership with TEDs Developments. The building was formerly a public house, with the upper floors being used as hotel accommodation. However, it has remained vacant more recently. Working closely with RCTCBC and the developer, this development will see a key building brought back into use in the heart of the town centre.

The scheme features retail space on the ground floor with apartments created above. Trivallis’ part of the scheme will deliver 12 one and two bedroom apartments for affordable rent.

The project has been funded using Social Housing Grant.

Constructed by TEDs Developments, the scheme is due to be completed during Autumn 2018.
