Your Appointments

There are a number of times when someone from Trivallis may need to come to your home, for example, carrying out a gas safety check or repairing something that may have broken.

Trivallis staff have I.D badges as part of their uniform. If someone visits your home claiming to be from Trivallis and you’re not sure, always ask to see some identification.

We sometimes work with other companies, our contractors, who will help us to carry out work on our homes. These contractors should always be carrying ID from their company which you can always ask to see. 

If you receive a call about an appointment with Trivallis that you don’t think you’ve made, you can always give us a call, to make sure it’s genuine, on 03000 030 888.

When we visit your home please can you make sure the tenant or someone aged over 18 is in when we arrive. If not, we won’t be able to do what we planned too and we’ll have to rearrange the appointment.

Gas servicing

As your landlord it’s our responsibility to carry out a gas check every year to make sure it’s working properly and you’re kept safe in your home. It’s really important you stick to your appointment so our gas engineers can do the service.
