Trivallis has achieved regulatory standard

In the regulatory judgement released today, we have demonstrated we have sound financial capability, as well as sound and appropriate governance.

The Welsh Government’s annual judgement is designed to provide us and other social landlords, their customers, service users and other stakeholders with an understanding of financial viability and strength in governance on an annual basis.

We have undergone a significant period of service improvement in the last year which has included taking a fresh look at services, the structure of the organisation and the priorities for the future. Key to this has been the recruitment of three senior appointments, which include the new Chief Executive, a new Board Chair and an incoming Director for Development and Regeneration.

Chief Executive, Ian Thomas said “We believe that today’s judgement is a fair reflection of where Trivallis is currently at on its journey and I am pleased to share that we have achieved the standard in both finance and governance which gives us a strong base to achieve our ambitions going forward.

We take matters of governance, regulation and finance very seriously in order that we can deliver the best services we can to our customers. Governance and regulation will continue to be key priorities for us as we continue to deliver the highest quality services to our current and future customers."
