New phone number

At Trivallis we want to make it as easy as possible for customers to get in touch. As well as using the new website to find information and get in touch, customers can speak to a dedicated customer advisor. Trivallis launched a new phone number this month, and whether you ring from a landline a mobile, the call will always cost the same.

Simply call 03000 030 888 to speak to a member of the Trivallis team between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

The old 08453 014141 number will still work, but may cost you more to call us from a mobile phone – so remember to save this new phone number to make your next call!

We are Trivallis

This July Rhondda Cynon Taff’s largest landlord launched under a new brand, as RCT Homes became Trivallis on Friday July 29th.

As RCT Homes the organisation constantly evolved and sought to innovate since it launched in 2007 after taking over ownership and management of all the former council homes.

Now the housing organisation works in communities across the borough delivering homes, support, environmental improvements and much more. It recognises that whilst it provides homes, it also knows how much tenants value other things about where they live such as how safe they feel, how attractive the open spaces are and the opportunities for people to access training and employment. As a result it has adapted to deliver more services relating to regeneration and sustainability.

This rebrand comes at a significant time in the housing organisation's history as they recently announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive. Paul Davies, currently at Tai Calon Community Housing, will lead the organisation from September.

The rebrand sees a change in structure for the organisation which previously had three subsidiary companies, including a heating and electrical arm and a social enterprise. As Trivallis all the services have been brought under one roof and the group will become one organisation – making it easier for tenants to access the services they need, speeding up processes and making services more efficient.

Claire Jones, Chair of Trivallis Board said,

“We recognise that the work we do in the communities of Rhondda Cynon Taff has evolved over the years to meet local needs. We have worked with local partners, set up new services and invested in regenerating neighbourhoods. We needed a new brand that represented us properly - one that reflected that we are proud to be here.

“The rebrand is underpinned with a fresh look at our values and supports our new vision to be trusted as an open and inspiring organisation that changes people’s lives and communities for the better.

“We want our customers to see us as an organisation that listens and understands, that supports people to take responsibility, that is absolutely fair in the way it does things and always strives to do better. Our new brand will help us deliver this message and will represent what we are here to do.”

Trivallis officially launched on Friday 29th July at the Annual Tenant Fun Day at Ynysangharad Park in Pontypridd.
