In immediate danger?

Call emergency services on 999.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse, know that help is available. We’re here to offer support, guidance, and resources to help you deal with the situation.

What is domestic abuse?

Domestic abuse can take many forms, including physical, emotional, financial, or verbal abuse. It can happen to both women and men. It’s important to recognise that no one deserves to endure such treatment, and there is help available.

How can we help?

At Trivallis we have a dedicated group of staff members who are responsible for ensuring that we all play our part in safeguarding adults and children. We work with around 300 victims of domestic violence and abuse every year.

We don’t just help on our own. We work with other local agencies and organisations to get that person further support. We can help you create a safety plan tailored to your unique situation. This plan can include steps to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Who else can help?

Below we’ve listed some other agencies who can help if you’re in an abusive relationship. If you speak to another agency, tell them you’re a Trivallis tenant so they can work with us to find you somewhere safe to live.

Remember

You are strong. Leaving an abusive situation is challenging, but you are not alone. We are here to support you every step of the way. Your safety is our priority.
