Your Appointments 

There may be times someone from Trivallis will need to come to your home, for example, carrying out a gas safety check or a repair.

If someone visits your home claiming to be from Trivallis and you’re not sure, always ask to see some identification which staff carry as part of their uniform.

Our contractors also carry an ID from their company which you can always ask to see.

When we arrive, please can you make sure someone aged over 18 is in or we will have to rearrange the appointment.

If you receive a call about an appointment with Trivallis that you don’t think you’ve made, you can always contact us to make sure it’s genuine.

 

Gas Servicing 

We carry out a gas check every year to make sure it’s working properly and you’re kept safe in your home. It’s really important you stick to your appointment so our gas engineers can do the service.
