What do we upgrade

• Kitchens – must be in good shape with enough storage and space for a cooker, washing machine, and fridge.
• Bathrooms – should be under 25 years old. We’ll also upgrade the bathroom furniture and add a shower over the bath.
• Re-wiring – we’ll update wiring for safety, including adding or moving electric sockets as needed to meet modern standards.
• Doors and windows – we’ll install high quality windows and doors to keep you safe and warm in your home
• Boilers – renewing boilers leads to energy efficiency, cost savings, and improved environmental impact in homes.
• Roofs – we renew roofs to ensure safety, prevent damage, and maintain overall structural integrity in your home.
• Fire safety – sprinkler systems, fire stopping, and heat alarms protect tenants in their homes.
